Club Participation Guidelines

Guidelines for 2010 LSCC Participant Awards
 
Points/hours are awarded to the Person
Person is representative of LSCC
Season runs from November 2, 2009 through November 1, 2010
Participant is responsible for reporting their information to Cruise Night Coordinator
within 2 weeks post-event.  November info due no later than the November LSCC meeting.
HOURS
Report hours volunteered at events such as, volunteering at Dallas Autorama; Fort Worth Rod & Custom Show; Dallas Auto (New Car) Show; State Fair; Eureka Springs Poker Run assistant, etc.
POINTS ARE GIVEN IN LIEU OF HOURS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
LSCC Classic
  25 points for each day you participate on a committee during Classic weekend
  25 bonus points (additional) if you volunteer all 3 days
 100 bonus points for being a committee coordinator.  Includes all pre-Classic duties
LSCC Meetings
  10 points for meeting attendance
Sponsor New LSCC Members
  10 Points per new member
LSCC Group Trips (i.e. Eureka Springs; VOTR; Wichita Falls, BBORR, Drags, etc.)
  50 points for trip organizer
  25 points for group leader
  10 points for participating
 
 
 
Guidelines for 2010 Car Show Participation Awards
 

Corvettes only (no other member owned vehicle)                     

Season runs from November 2, 2009 through November 1, 2010                    

Points are awarded to the car, not the person               

If car is replaced during season, points roll to replacement Vette                       

Participant is a representative of LSCC and designates such on the entry forms' Club Affiliation section             

Participant is responsible for reporting their information to Cruise Night Coordinator within 2 weeks post-event.

November info due no later than the November LSCC meeting.

     Guidelines for 2010 LSCC Mileage Awards

Actual miles round-trip for event only - Sorry no “family visits” included
Corvettes only (no other member owned vehicle)
Miles can be driven or trailer-ed round-trip for an organized event* anywhere 
All miles for event* are included even race course; poker run; Classic hot laps; etc. mileage
Season runs from November 2, 2009 through November 1, 2010
Miles are awarded to the car, not the participant
