It can be said that the Lone Star Corvette Club is, well, generous
!!! Over the past several years, the Lone Star Corvette Club has
contributed more than $50,000 to local organizations and another
$18,000+ to the National Corvette Museum in continuing efforts
to keep the Corvette legend alive.

and the Baylor Healthcare Foundation,
Long standing beneficiaries include:
LSCC Scholarship at Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, Texas.
The club is providing needed funds for two full scholarships,
per semester, in the automotive field. The club is also funding
a perpetual scholarship.
National Corvette Museum. The purpose behind any car club is
to generate enthusiasm and joy to a particular make or model vehicle.
The Lone Star Corvette Club is no different. We are here to support
the Museum in their efforts to educate the public and preserve
the first American Sports Car, the Chevrolet Corvette !!!
Speedway Children's Charities (SCC). A non-profit, NASCAR officially
sanctioned, foundation supported by several Speedway Motor sport
facilities. The Texas Motor Speedway sponsors the local chapter
of the SCC in supporting close to 100 charities. LSCC donations
remain in the local area benefiting many, many children.
At the close of 2001, the following were recipients of the Lone
Star Corvette Club.
